1. The first thing that you need to do is to select the “Forgot your username/password?” on the Login page.
2. Then, select the thing saying “Use phone number to reset password”.
3. The next thing that you need to do is to select your country code.
4. Afterward, enter your phone number in the box saying “Phone Number” and then click the Submit button.
5. When you are done, please select Verify and complete the process. This step will send a 6 digit code to your phone.
6. Then, enter the code in the Enter Code (6 digit) box and hit he Verify button.
7. Finally, enter and confirm the new password and press the Submit button.

There is a feature called 2 step verification that can make sure that no one else can log in to your Roblox account, even if they know the password. when you log in to Roblox from the new device, you will need to enter the security code that Roblox send you through your email. Since you are the only one that have the access to your email account, it means you are the only one that is able to get the security code. In order to turn on this feature, you have to log in to your account. Then, you must have a verified email to enable this feature. Next, go to account Settings. After that, choose the Security tab. Finally, turn Two Step Verification on.
